Great place! 2 complaints... could have used some more tree on the lot we had, for shade. Also, the location of the fire ring made it so the breeze coming off of the lake constantly blew smoke at the table. Beautiful place though.

Nice park and beautiful lake however the cell service is horrible. There should be away to see what it would take to get a tower nearby. Maybe look into federal money. If there was a family emergency it is difficult for them to reach those family members.

Everything was as expected, as we have used this site before. We keep trying to get a site at Bench they are always full. Too bad you couldn't control the temperature. We had a good visit and expect to go back.

Nicer than expected. I don’t spend enough to enjoy the activities, but the camping site, restroom, and shower were great.

Tompkins is a very nice campground. It’s very clean & always monitored. The staff there are great. The weather was great for the weekend I was there. Fishing, swimming, playgrounds, hiking, biking. Plenty of activities. Gave 4 stars. Would’ve given 5 stars-Think the grass could be cut a little more often. Was a little long. Also, the sites say 1camper & 2 cars. I. Our site fit 2 cars but was very tight (both cars sides were on grass). Noticed the same on several other sites. Sites could be a bit wider. Still had a great time though. Going back for Labor Day.

Very nice campground with beautiful wooded sites. Kayaking on the lake is awesome!

The campground is very nice. The only downside is that the pavement in some of the sites is narrow. Some of the sites are difficult to back into.
