Having a campsite on the water was great. Good lake for kayaking. It would be nice if all bathrooms included showers. We enjoyed a fun side trip to Pine Creek bike path.

I’m from New York and this was an amazing get away from the city. The other campers are respectful and the grounds are taken care of beautifully, they are kid friendly and relaxing. I am thinking of setting up another trip, this time without my children and husband and just my sister-in -law and myself.

Didn’t plan ahead just decided to visit ended up with a non electric site the site was large sit at the table in the morning drinking coffee watching the boats go by it was a pleasant experience not elbow to elbow like the electric community after coming from Ives Run that morning it was a beautiful site and probably would go no electric again the dogs loved it and so did we

This place is awesome for family fun and very kid and pet friendly. The camp Host are great. How ever if you bring a watercraft beware the fishermen that like to fish around your watercraft. We had a hook in a seat last year and no one wanted to fess up to it. It's a real shame the money the campground brings in from the campers the rangers don't want to do anymore to stop the rude fisherman from fishing around thousands of dollars of water crafts. Otherwise the campground itself is great.

  • All reservations must be made on www.recreation.gov or by calling (877) 444-6777 prior to arrival. Reservations to include any reservation changes, such as cancel, refund requests, site transfer, or date changes cannot be made at facility location. 
  • Campers are limited to 3 camping units per site, 2 of which must be a tent or 3 tents in total. No more than 7 people per site or one family
