Hawe Creek is in a beautiful area of the lake. Big campsites with space between.
The host (Marty) keeps the grounds clean and well maintained. Hawe Creek is quiet and relaxing.
Hawe Creek should be open year round!

Over all our trip was ok, but we had almost no water the first day. There was a broke water main. It was repaired by mid-day the 2nd day we were there. Hosts were friendly and kept us informed of the issue.

I have been staying at hawe creek for several years, normally several times a year. The rest rooms were as clean as I have ever seen them. The people are doing very well with that. The only complaints I have is the camping season, I would like it to run through oct. maybe nov. Also the speeders at times, if they keep it up someone is going to get hurt.

Very quiet, restrooms clean and camping lots are shaded and big. The roads are paved and sites are gravel and level. Complaint: I would like the park to be open longer ( closes Oct. to March). Looking forward to going back.
