We had a very pleasant time at Woods Ferry. The campsites for nicely spread out so it gave you a sense of privacy. We met a young mother and her two young sons ,that was fun, the boys were very . inquisitive. We had a nice fire, very cozy! The only downside was somebody had their generator going all night long and in the morning they let the dogs run at Large. We had our dogs on leashes and the dog came awfully close to us, could have been a very dangerous situation! I'm not sure what can be done about that, it wasn't really the fault of the campsite. All together we had a pleasant experience!

We loved this campground so much. This was my favorite spot and I've been camping all over the country. If you like a remote beautiful place with lots of animal activity it's great. We even saw a black squirrel. Went fishing down on the river. There's really nice grills down by the river to cook on too, they looked brand new. Very well kept camp sites and the bathrooms were very nice with stocked toilet paper and the water access was at quite a few spots. Bear boxes for trash and rock lined fire pits. The price was amazing also! Will definitely come back for another stay!

It was the perfect visit to our favorite spot. The sites are spaced out far enough that no one bothers you. its a quick hike to the river, and the bathrooms are very clean!
