Black Hills Glamping

Three perfect blissful days! The tent was so comfortable and every detail was thought through. The outdoor shower was a highlight for sure. Years later we are still looking back and wishing we were there.

Black Hills Glamping is an absolute hidden treasure. The location is serene, and the views are stunning. The glamping tents are clean, cozy and offer every amenity that you could possibly need during your stay.

Each tent is uniquely themed, custom built and perfect down to the last detail. There is a fire table on the deck of the tent with a gorgeous view. My kids enjoyed making smores from the thoughtful complimentary snack basket left by John the host that included a smores kit, popcorn bags, trail mix, granola bars, coffee, hot chocolate and other lovely snack options. There were wine glasses, coffee mugs, silverware, paper towels, etc... in an adorable steam trunk that were able to use if needed.

Each tent has its own private bathhouse and outdoor shower. We stayed in the Gold Digger. The shower was amazing. The water cascaded down from the top of a natural rock wall. There was a hand-built rock surround to keep privacy, but you still get the experience of showering outside in nature. The bath house is located underneath the tent and adorably decorated.

John is a great host. He is very helpful and wants to make sure your stay is as great as it can possibly be.

We took advantage of the hammocks on site, hiking, and enjoying the peaceful property.

It was an experience we will never forget. My kids and I were in heaven. We can't wait to stay again.

Absolutely beautiful location surrounded by nature. It was quiet, peaceful, and clean. Every tent had its own theme and were crafted expertly! The host was very kind and provided a really great insight to the black hills. It was the perfect way to blend camping and comfort! I would and will recommend staying here to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in the hills.

This place is amazing and very unique. Each tent has its own theme and you'll want to experience each of them. The tent, bathroom and shower were clean and we had no issues. We can't wait to go back.

Loved the Short walk to watch the sunrise over the canyon. Stargazing on the deck with a glass of wine was a great way to end our day of adventuring. Property is quiet, peaceful and clean. Host is beyond fabulous with communication before and throughout stay-even brought me birthday cupcakes! If you’re looking for a unique stay in the Black Hills this is a must!!
