One of the cleanest campgrounds I’ve ever camped at. All the “facilities” were cleaned every day of my 4 day stay. I usually refuse to use campground outhouses but since there was one conveniently close to my tent I decided to check it out just in case I didn’t think I could make it to the shower house about 50 yards from my campsite. The women’s outhouse was unbelievably clean, fresh smelling and bug free every time I used it and because of that, I used it most of the time. I ran into the cleaning person in the shower house a couple times and she was always energetic, friendly, and did a great job. Another member of my camping party was just as impressed with the men’s outhouse.

Beautiful view! We were in a spot that backed up to the lake and the view and weather could not have been better. This would have been the perfect spot for my kayak but I did not bring it. The restrooms were very clean, I showered there twice. The Yankton area is beautiful and friendly. There's a pedestrian bridge (Meridan Bridge) and a pretty park right next to it. If you like craft beer, I recommend Ben's Brewing.

Our first time at this ACOE campground and we rate it a 5 star. Beautiful, clean bathrooms, peaceful. No one at check in at 3:30 pm but we found our place with the map at the check in hut. We will be back.

Beautiful and well taken care of Park. Staff welcoming. Spaces easy to back into. Electric only so bring water. Close to lake and a lot of fishing spots.
