Lock A campground is highly praised for its cleanliness, well-maintained facilities, and friendly staff, making it a favorite among visitors. The spacious campsites, beautiful views of the Cumberland River, and opportunities for biking and relaxing are significant highlights. While some facilities, like the bathrooms, are noted as outdated and in need of upgrades, the overall experience is positive, with many guests eager to return.

We love this campground! The campsites are all concrete and very large. The views and activities on the lake are enjoyable to watch from the campground. There is swimming at the public beach, bike riding and walking along the Bicentennial Trail connected to the campground. We didn't use the bathhouse, but I think that they are clean and sufficient. Would love to see the campground upgrade to offer a solid Wi-Fi solution. I noticed that Cumberland Connect has fiber on the pole adjacent to the check-in house. It would be pretty easy to distribute a good Wi-Fi signal throughout this fairly small campground. Would make it even more attractive for those that camp but need to stay connected to work or use it for entertainment.

Site was clean, hosts are very friendly, facilities also clean. Power was good despite being nearly full in record heat with ACs running nonstop.

Great place to camp! Always so much family fun and the kids love it. It was a bummer that only 1 shower worked in the women's bathroom which caused quite a wait.
