PLEASE put the speed bumps back in. Especially on a holiday weekend. At least put the speed bump in before site 78 & 80. People drive too fast down the small hill.

We love it at Salt Lick Creek. Most spots are large. Hosts are very nice and helpful. The only down side is no ATT cell phone coverage.

We always have a great time at Salt. The weather did not go well the first week, but improved the second week. It is very peaceful and beautiful there. We will go back in the future.

The park was full for the Memorial Day weekend. We were pleasantly surprised how calm the park was. No late partying. Lots of kids playing and laughing. We are retired and generally donβt like big crowds. It was a good experience for us.

We have been going to SaltLick for many years, and continue to enjoy. This year is just a little bit different. We have ALWAYS had VERY HOT showers. This year, not so much as even warm. Spoke to the cleaning crew, which I might add were very nice, they said the water heater was being worked on. Maybe soon we will see how it is going as we have another trip planned this weekend. π
Love seeing the Park Rangers and staff making multiple trips through the park DAILY. VERY NICE AND FRIENDLY PEOPLE.

We had a great time visiting with family and friends. Had a problem with the electric when we first arrived. I let the host know and he had someone out to address the issue before I got back the next day. Campground was clean and well kept.

Policies & Rules
Cancellation policy
- Reservation fees are non-refundable. For campsites, cabins, lookouts, yurts, group sites, and similar stays, we charge a reservation service fee of $8.
- Standard cancellations usually have a $10 cancellation fee. Customers can generally cancel before the check-in date online.
- Late cancellation rules differ by stay type.
- Individual campsites: cancelling after 12:00am local time the day before arrival usually means a $10 cancellation fee plus forfeiting the first night's fee.
- Cabins, lookouts, and yurts: cancelling less than 14 days before arrival usually means a $10 cancellation fee plus forfeiting the first night's fee.
- One-night reservations: a late cancellation usually forfeits the full amount paid, up to the total original reservation cost.
- Modifications are allowed before the cut-off window, but fees depend on the change. Changing to dates completely outside the original reservation dates may trigger a $10 change fee. Extending or shortening a stay that still includes original dates usually has no change fee, though refunds may depend on timing and facility rules. Switching to the same type of campsite for the same dates usually has no change fee, but price differences are charged or refunded.
- Early departures may or may not be refunded. At certain facilities, partial refunds may be possible if staff can mark the site available for other visitors. No refund is given for a night if the early departure is requested after that day's check-out time.
- Security deposits are separate. Security deposits may be refunded to the original payment method if the facility is left in acceptable condition, as determined by the property.
