Very nice campground, very quite and relaxing. Great water pressure in the showers. Very friendly camp hosts, great people.
The only thing I can recommend is coming in on Alvin Speary road if you have a tall camper, we came in on Google directions and at 13'2" touched the different overhead lines.

Do not get there until 3pm SHARP! They will not let you in. Good large sites but the picnic tables are concrete and very rough. Clean restrooms and cleaned and stocked daily. Poor cell service (Verizon) but was able to stream 90% of the time.

I was on site #31. I want to compliment the hosts that do such a good job keeping all the campers comfortable and safe. They go out of their way to accommodate each request and offer information about the surrounding area. When we were under a tornado warning they came to each camp site and made sure everyone was informed on what action to take. I was alone on the lake and had no idea that storms were impending. At approximately 3am they knocked on my door and took me and my puppy to the bath house for safety. I was so THANKFUL FOR THESE PEOPLE. THEY GO ABOVE AND BEYOND TO TAKE CARE OF CAMPERS. THANK YOU!
The grounds are clean, the bath house needs some updating but they are clean and hot water is awesome!

We stayed two days tent camping. They have nice tent pads that are well drained which came in handy since we had a good rain while we were there. Some of the sites have great lake front views. The bath house has individual shower/toilet/sink units which were kept pretty clean considering the heavy use. The campground was 100% full during our weekend stay, so I suggest reserving ahead if you are planning on staying on the busier weekend days.
