We had a spot on the lake. View was beautiful and the swimming was a big plus since it was very hot when we stayed here. Didn’t use the restrooms or showers so can’t comment moment on those

This campground used to be one of our favorites but we wont be back until there is some serious tree trimming. There are probably over a hundred large dead trees throughout the campground over 30 ft tall. They aren't just near the campsites, they're next to the trailers. One fell and hit a camper this summer and three kids. The ranger didn't even come out. When a tree company came to remove that tree from the top of the trailer I mentioned a tree on my site that was dead and leaning towards the camper. The park attendant, who is very nice, said theres nothing they are authorized to do.
It’s well beyond an eye sore and has become a safety issue. We ended our last trip early because we didn’t want to be on our site on a windy day.

We have camped at 7 Points several times since we purchased our RV in April. We love it there! The sites are beautifully maintained, shady and spacious. We enjoy boating, swimming and fishing in the lake. Many of the sites also have beautiful lake views. And the people who manage the property are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Seven Points is a small but wonderful campground, just 15 mi from downtown Nashville and 9-1/2 mi from the airport. Though close to town, the campground is surprisingly quiet and peaceful. The sites along the edge of the lake are coveted, with 31 and 33 appearing to be the best. We had site 33 and were not disappointed during our 11 day stay. There is a huge dead tree on site 33 that could drop a limb or fall if enough wind caught it. It’s right on the edge of the site driveway, so I kept out tow truck pulled way forward.

Getting There
From downtown Nashville, TN, take I-40 east for 7 mi and to exit 221B. Turn right onto Old Hickory Boulevard, then left on Bell Road, right on New Hope Road and left on Stewarts Ferry Pike. Follow the signs to the campground.

Seven Points campground is accessible via I-40, approximately 7 miles from downtown Nashville. The campground can be reached by taking exit 221B and following local roads.
