Great site right on the lake!! The campground was great as well.

Site was close together but neighbor was cool.. friendly occupants throughout, plenty of firewood to gather, showers were good enough to enjoy

Beautiful place, helpful professional staff and a peaceful quite visit. Will come back.

Nice sites

I wish I’d paid more attention to reviews before choosing this campsite because my negative experiences weren’t unique.

The thing that bothered me most was that the host came by around 11:20 am and asked if I was “going to be gone” by noon check out. I’ve never stayed at a campsite that was so worried about check outs before (maybe because yes, I am always aware of and respectful of checkout times and it is totally unnecessary to ask people if they’re going to leave before they’re contractually obligated to leave.)

The other things people say are true:
1) the bathrooms are difficult to access unless you drive (I cut through the woods to get there, but wasn’t comfortable doing that on the way back and it was a very dark 20 minute walk in which I encountered a man who was lost and looking for the bathrooms - luckily I had my map to give him).
2) drives up to campsites are steep enough that I was glad for my 4WD
3) and nothing is leveled, so eating and sleeping are uncomfortable.

I’d say skip this one. It’s mildly uncomfortable in a lot of ways and who wants to be rushed out of their vacation?

Could be great if you get one of the few nice spots. Most are not level, with some steep driveways. Campground is generally clean, but old and needs work. Bathrooms looked clean enough, but there was a sign saying "Cleaned with Limited Resources" ... ummm, ew.

Great spot. Wish it had been for more than one night. Was very peaceful sleeping & morning coffee. We did arrive right at dark. Don't recommend that. Drive in is dark & was muddy after rains. Camp hosts told us a rig had gotten stuck coming in the week before & had to be towed out. Will definitely stay here again. Even spent my morning walk picking out future spots.

Enjoyed our stay. Wish it hadn't rained but not your fault

The campground is beautiful and well kept. It is a little "hilly" so be prepared to have to level your rig. We were on the lake ad it was simply gorgeous. The only drawback I see is the restroom placement. Unless you are tent camping, you pretty much need to have a bathroom in your camper...unless you don't mind a pretty long walk. We drove to the bathroom just for showers and they were clean and nice. Beautiful campground...we will go back!
