We stay here regularly and as usual staff were friendly and facility’s were clean on our last visit.

This is one of the cleanest and nicest campground I have stayed in. The grounds and the restrooms are spotless. The sites are large and comfortable. The attendant/manager is super pleasant and does a fantastic job with this place. One more thing: If you are a boater there is a great boat ramp and dock for use.

This has got to be the cleanest campground I have ever been to. And the restrooms were spotless. The caretaker/manager/ranger does an excellent job here. Our campsite was also huge and set away from others. We are very pleased with our camping adventure at Live Oak Ridge and will definitely be back!

Camp host was reallly nice and very helpful. Reservations were easy and no problems with the site. The bathrooms were clean and showers had hot water every time. Great experience and I will recommend it.

From Interstate 35, take Farm-to-Market Road 2305 (West Adams Ave.) west. Drive for nine miles and turn left on Farm-to-Market Road 2271 (Morgan's Point Road). Go two miles to the park entrance. The campground is adjacent to the Belton Dam and spillway.
The campground is accessible via Interstate 35, with the nearest exit leading to Farm-to-Market Road 2305 (West Adams Ave.) and then Farm-to-Market Road 2271 (Morgan's Point Road).

- Gatehouse hours are Thursday-Saturday from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM and Sunday from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, accepting credit card payments only.
- Contact the Belton Lake Office for more information; life jackets are required.

- Day use areas are not available at Live Oak Ridge.
Site capacity
- Camping is limited to 14 days within any 30-day period without special permission.
Vehicles & parking
- Each site allows a maximum of 2 vehicles, with overflow parking available for additional vehicles.
- Off-road vehicles require a permit and must be registered, insured, and highway legal.
Utilities
- Waste discharge is only allowed at designated dump stations; dumping grey water and trash is prohibited.
Local regulations
- Visitors must comply with Title 36 regulations enforced by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
Amenities
- Inflatable structures require a lake activity permit; small swimming pools have specific size limits.
- The Activity Center is available for reservation on a first-come, first-served basis with a camping reservation; special permits are required for events with inflatables.
