Very well maintained. I like the covered tables. My only issue is I wish the underbrush on the edge of the drop-off to the lake would be maintained to where there was a better view of the lake. One can’t really see the lake even though the campsites are right next to it.

We frequently camp at Live Oak Ridge Campground, and like always it is such a wonderful experience each time we visit! It’s our home away from home. The sites are always clean and well-maintained, they are spacious with plenty of shade from the beautiful oak trees. The campground has a peaceful, welcoming atmosphere, and it never felt overcrowded. We really appreciate how quiet it is at night—perfect for relaxing around the campfire or stargazing. The lake access is a huge bonus, making it easy to enjoy fishing, swimming, or just taking in the scenic views. We enjoy the hiking and walking trails nearby we we have time to explore. The campground hosts and staff are always friendly and super helpful, which makes our stay even more enjoyable. You can tell they take pride in keeping everything in top shape. Whether you’re RV camping or tent camping, Live Oak Ridge is a fantastic spot. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway. It just gets better every time we go.
