A nice and quiet park in the Belton/Temple area. Lots of trees and deer! We love it here.

Live Oak Ridge Park is always clean, orderly and a great place to enjoy the outdoors. The hosts are all great folks and happy to help. We stay there regularly as we are locals and we feel lucky to have such a nice park so close to home. The only thing I would like to see as an improvement would be to restore the 50 amp service to the backside sites….the sites farthest from the lake. We’ve stayed at many different sites here and they’ve all been nice.

We love this campground, it’s our go to spot. Sites are not too close to each other and everyone is respectful of quiet time. It’s pretty peaceful during the daytime too. Close to HEB or Walmart incase you need anything. The only thing we could complain about this particular visit was the restrooms, but normally they are really clean.

This park was really nice and clean. The restroom facilities were some of the best and cleanest we have seen. There are plenty of spots that have great shade trees. The park staff were very nice and were always driving around making sure everything was running smoothly. The only small negative is that there is a wall of trees and bushes at the edge of the lake that keeps you from seeing the lake in the morning and evening. It would be nice to wake up and see the beautiful lake and wildlife first thing in the morning but you can't due to the wall of trees and bushes. Otherwise, this park is excellent and we highly recommend it.
