Live Oak Ridge is our "go-to" campground. The hosts are friendly and responsive. The grounds are normally well-maintained, however, this time it was in need of mowing. We were informed the mowing contract did not begin until the week after we were scheduled to leave. The hosts did maintain mowing around the sites and roadways. The tall grass and weeds were over the septic fields and in the wonderful stands of Live Oak trees that grace the park. As I say with every review, I wish they would provide a fenced area for us to let the dogs off leash to stretch their legs a bit.

We enjoyed our stay. One of the restrooms were clean and orderly, and the other was not and was missing toilet paper. The park was clean, but some trees needed to be trimmed to allow fifth wheels access without incident.

Park attendants were helpful and consistent.
The bathrooms were very clean and well maintained!
All rv sites that we saw had tables with coverage.
Level pads and a piece a cake for tear down and set up.
We even stayed a few extra nights because we didn’t want to leave.
Will be back again and again!
