The park was clean, the pull through spots had plenty of room, the view was wonderful. They may not have all of the amenities, but the attention to detail on what they do have was impressive; someone comes out to make sure the gravel is raked, all of the grass areas were mowed, and I didn’t see any trash or even debris anywhere.

Site 17 is the best for shade. It doesn’t have as great of a lake view as sites 1-15 but in the Texas heat I would take the shade. There is a private pathway to the lake so you can swim right in front of your site. In the evening the tree even shades the water so you can swim in the shade. We have 3 little ones so this site was perfect.

The obnoxious music was ridiculous over the weekend. At some point, too loud is too loud. Other than that, a great campground.
