Colorado Bend Cabins

The owner is prompt and easy to communicate with. The cabin was very clean, comfortable, and spacious. There is very little traffic noise even though it is situated right next to a road. If you are visiting the State Park or the Bend, TX area and need reasonably priced accommodations, I highly recommend these wonderful cabins! Our cabin was spotlessly clean, with new appliances, cooking utensils and bed linens furnished. They are pet friendly too. Access to the back grounds, adjacent to the Colorado River, are gorgeous, with a hammock, ample seating areas, several fire pits and a fish cleaning station. It's just amazing for visitors like us, who do not have a camp trailer. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I stayed at these cabins in Bend, Texas with three friends and a dog, and we had an incredible time. We rented two of the four luxury cabins, and both were spotless, comfortable, and had plenty of space for everyone. The huge backyard area backs right up to the Upper Colorado River, which gave us easy access for hiking and fishing — a big bonus.

It’s also just a short drive into Bend State Park, which made getting our boats in the water super easy. The scenery out there is unreal.

John, the host, was awesome. He responded quickly to any questions and had great tips about the park and the property. Overall, it was a beautiful, relaxing getaway, and I’d definitely stay again.

Great place for easy access to Colorado Bend SP! Comfy small cabins with everything you need to enjoy your stay! Fishing in the river from the bank is very good, and great place to enjoy outdoors with shady area for lots of people to gather. There is a general store right down the road with limited groceries, but it does have a place to eat with great food - closes at 6pm during the week, but they do have music on some weekends. I stayed in the red cabin.

We really loved staying here, in the blue cabin. It was clean, cute, had everything we needed, and the host was easy to communicate with. Every aspect of the stay was just great. The common area was very enjoyable to hang out and grill in. We kayaked up river from there, which was a fun adventure. We enjoyed swimming in the river there too. It was also nice to be so close to Colorado Bend State park. Keep an eye out for painted buntings there in the common area.
