Great place and experience! The tent camping area is nicely spaced out so you feel like you have enough solitude in nature but the other sites are close enough that you feel safe and bathrooms are nearby as well. Highly recommend! Also a note: there is some cell service, but it's spotty.

Was in group site J along the lake . Beautiful and spacious site for plenty of tents among lots of trees and two tables . Since also by the path around lake there are several other tables you could use along lake if needed . Some may think a bit of a walk to restroom but I prefer have a little distance from the busy parking lot of many mountain bikers in the morning . Restrooms and showers were well clean . Hosts were friendly .

Saw a coral snake by our camp site and when we tried contacting the park ranger/manager and no one ever answers the phone. We even called days prior and left a message to call back but didn’t get a return phone call. No one was at the entrance to check us in so we just went straight to our site

park was in horrible condition, it looks like maintenance has gone completely out the window. The Information booth was never staffed and other than the guy riding around on the golf cart , it was as if the park was completely free of staff.
