Mott Park offers a peaceful camping experience with friendly and helpful staff, clean facilities, and a beautiful lake setting. Many visitors appreciate the well-maintained campsites and bathrooms, as well as the availability of outdoor activities like kayaking and hiking. Park is not maintained at all. No sites have been mowed or treated for ants - my site had no safe place to put a tent and an ant mound bigger than my dog! Huge potholes in the pavement of each site as well, good luck leveling if you have a trailer. There are 4 bathroom/shower rooms. On my visit 2 were locked, one had 2 inches of water covering the entire floor, and the last had a snake. I recently got an email that Mott is raising its price to be comparable to other parks, but there's no way to justify that unless money is put back into the park.

Everything was good. the bathrooms were clean, plenty of toilet paper and hot showers. The camping site was great. It was freshly mowed so it was easier to get to the lake. The site was clean and ready to use. The only thing that concerned me was the ants. There were several mounds of ants so you had to be picking where you placed your tent. It was a good trip.

The park is a little older and the sites a little smaller. The best part is being right on the lake. Site #4 we were on is on a very steep incline and hard to level your trailer on. Bathhouse was decent. They need to improve the road going in a little. Overall a nice place to camp. Just be sure to bring lots of blocks for your trailer.

Sorry folks, we were not happy with the camp ground. We like trees and shade with level or at least more level than these sites. Our camp site was no more than 40 feet from the lake. For lake campers, this is a big plus.

A very nice park. We always enjoy our stay at Mott. We were there for spring break and then we’re going to be there for Easter this year.

Lake was beautiful with an awesome sunrise. Easy pull through campsite for camper with electrical hookup, water and table with shade. The site unfortunately was loud with barking dogs and neighbor's playing music with loud bass until 1:30 in the morning.
