We enjoyed the peace and quiet. Campground site was clean. It was our first time camping there and we will definitely be staying at Mott again very soon.

Nice location on the lake. Campsites are not too close together. Very open with a few trees. Bathroom was clean and showers were warm. Bathroom is not heated so plan your shower accordingly.

Very quiet, peaceful, well-maintained! Easy walk to Lake Bardwell. There isn't a lot of wind break so if wind is predicted, expect to experience that! Overall, it was a wonderful (close-to-home for us) getaway we will definitely do again!

1/5/22-1/19/22: We stayed two weeks and it was absolutely relaxing. The roads in the sites are a little narrow, and my site a bit uneven, but it was quiet with mild weather. We were in pull-thru site #22 that needed 4” lift under the RV wheels on the left side (lake-side) to level it. Water, 30A power, covered cement picnic table, fire pit, and grill. Verizon 5G was 2 bars, AT&T 4G was 3 bars, and the Mott Park WiFi was 2 bars and slow at times; movies seemed to buffer fine except a couple of times.
Some thoughtless person left the dump station a mess even though there was a hose to spray their spillage into the drain, I left it clean. We only paid $7 per night with my America the Beautiful park pass. Overall, it was nice and we would come back.

The sites were mostly unlevel. We had to move to another site. Restrooms were nice and clean.

Something sketchy is going on in this park . Until it’s resolved I don’t feel safe here at all- we left a day early. No plans to camp here again safer at home- Not to mention most sites are far from level.
