Site 33 is nice for the view and not too close to the other campers, however it would seem the grass is not being kept mowed around the sites over the last two times I've been there. I brought my weed eater this time and had to use it. Adding Hiking trails would certainly be nice.

I had great hopes for this location. It was on a lake and right next to an event I was attending. However, upon arrival at about 7:30pm I found an rv in my reserved spot that was plugged in and unoccupied. I tried to see the camp host, but they were not there. I waited until nearly midnight for either the rv owner or the camp host to return but neither happened. I slept in the parking lot and left the next morning with no sight of either. I also left a voicemail and have yet to hear back. This location has so much potential but I would not recommend based off of my experience.

It’s a beautiful quiet park. You can’t beat the price. The park hosts are awesome helpers.

It’s a shame that we had to bring our own weedeater to cut the grass at our campsite. The grass was at least 2 feet tall.
