Quiet campground, even on 4th of July weekend. Site 29 is a long pull through...I was able to fit tow vehicle, camper, boat, and it's tow vehicle

Too many ant hills, shower too far from site, sites too close to each other, sites too narrow, hard to get camper level due to unlevel ground,

On the smaller side of some of the camps we've been to, but very affordable and plenty of space. The city if Ennis is close, so you're never too far from anything that you may need. There's not a lot of trees, but each site is within a stones throw of the lake...and has electric water hook up available. Our site wasn't the "levelest", but that wasn't a deal breaker. Mott is definitely worth the money....we've already planned our next trip!

Lady at the gate was very polite and helpful. Sites are far apart. During our April weekday visit, it was quiet and about half full. Has Water, Electric -- No Wi-Fi, as expected in any Corp of Engineers Campground. Only drawback is very unlevel sights. Beautiful water views. Well maintained campground. Plenty of clear viewing local TV channels without cable.

Friendly hosts. Bathrooms are nice with an all in one setup - toilet, shower, and sink. Lovely water views.

Opening weekend at Mott Park and you figure that they had plenty of time to get bathrooms in order, but that was not the case. They were locked when we got there so we enquired about when they would be opened. They unlocked them later that evening but they were not clean at all! It was so bad, we went to buy cleaning products so that we could clean one to shower. That same evening without warning we lost water. Usually they will send an email to let us know or come by but no heads up at all so we could fill our fresh water tank. Someone finally showed up the next afternoon to restart the pump at the station. The park isn't what it used to be, lots of riff raff and questionable people in and out of the park due to no gate guards and trashy. Our view was good but that won't be enough for me to return here.
