This was our second stay here. It is a beautiful Park. The electric and water worked as they should. We will definitely stay here again. Not quite sure why at the gate the sign says the campground is full. But on our drive-thru on a Saturday afternoon there were at least eight unoccupied sites. I can only guess that people made reservations and failed to show up.... whether they canceled or not. This seems to be common at COE campgrounds. Maybe a stiffer penalty would stop this practice.

When we got there we were assigned the site that I had booked with a 50 amp hookup. After backing in to the site which was to have been a pull through, we found that there was no 50 amp hook up. We then went back to the office and they were very gracious and put us on an emergency back in site with low hanging trees.

We were in a screen in shelter but the door wouldn't close at all. The park knew it because they had to ise 2 locks to to reach the door frame from the door. My husband worked on the door so we could shut it so noting would come through the open door. We loved our stay though.
