This place illegally evicted long term renters of 8 plus years. Told the renters they would be grandfathered in with the new owners. Only to come back months later and leave an eviction on their door with no notice. Requesting for their immediate removal of their trailer and for them to leave the premises. The new owners never offered the people who lived there when they bought the place to sign new contracts so that they would have a easy loophole to evict these people without notice without due process. I don't recommend them there's many more places in Rockport that won't do people dirty like this. Some of these renters are low income and cannot afford to move on such short notice with nothing saved up nothing prepared they're on disabilities and fixed incomes.

We stayed in one of the tiny homes. Very peaceful, clean and roomy. All you need is food. There is a little deck with a swing. Enjoy setting out at night. On the property there is a small club house and a laundromat. This was better than any hotel room.

Love the improvements to the park and roads within, have a nice clubhouse with a kitchen and shower. Have on site laundry room that is clean and maintained with coded locks. Lovely big mature trees full of squirrels and many birds. It's really quiet here.I have lived here for the past 3 years and the past and current owers/managers have been amazing in addressing any issues and receptive to suggestions on feasible improvements from the residents. It has been a joy living here and I highly recommend this park to anyone that wants peace, quiet, and shade with great neighbors who actually care about and look out for each other.

Stayed here with my husband and kids great park. It is centrally located within walking distance of many amenities. It also has showers laundromat and community center.
