Nice place to stay. Friendly staff, Nice fishing pier and great bathhouse with laundry room.

Arrived on Thanksgiving afternoon and my packet was in the glass window cabinet by the office. It had all the information I needed such as key codes and pier code information. There was a green cone marking my spot but no escort. The employee did cruise by on the golf cart to make sure we checked in with no problems at our site. Sites are tight but it doesn’t feel like you have neighbors. No one bothered us at all. Our site didn’t have a pic nic table or a table like other sites did. The restrooms and showers are a little dated but they are clean and there are two different shower areas. The pool was heated as advertised and it was amazing on a cool and chilly afternoon. The Tiki Bar was closed but that’s understandable as we did visit in a “winter” off season month. The pool is large and there’s plenty of seating. The pier is a short walk and it does have a bench and some chairs for sitting. It was not lighted when we visited. We did see dolphins off the pier. Overall very nice play to stay and we will be back.

New management has cleaned up the park very nicely. Very friendly and attentive. The park is on the bay with a brand new private pier. An easy walk to downtown Fulton or bike ride to downtown Rockport, both of which have several nice restaurants and shops. Clean heated pool and activities building, with lots of fun activities on a weekly basis. Pickle Ball Court is currently out of service, but management indicated they are working on a plan to resurface soon. RV sites are on the small side, but this is very common for this area. Great group of people staying here. Will definitely return to this park next year.

Fantastic little park on the water. The price is right, and Captain and Beverly helped us out got us parked and went above and beyond. Great little pool and great group of people in place. Way better than last year! As to the 1 star reviews, yes it is full of live oaks, if you have a tall RV pay attention, it’s part of the charm of the place. Shaded with a great ocean Breeze. Fantastic little pool with a good park vibe! Don’t expect amazing internet, and come with the expectation of island time. We were here for 5 weeks this summer with 2 younger children and loved every minute of it.
