If it weren't for the king of the hill-esque nightmare this place would be nice. The mail lady/resident Margo harassed my family constantly, our neighbor witnessed her yelling and cursing at us in one of her drunken rants, and to top it off she even went as far as telling me to leave my husband. She could drink and party while getting away with it because she's friends with the manager Sunshine. I have caught Margo poking her head through her bushes to watch us, and when she realized I saw her, she pulled her head back through the bushes and pretended nothing happened.
We have since recieved an apology from the owner of the rv park but it doesn't change the fact that our experience was downright insane. Needless to say, with those kind of people around you won't have any privacy or peace.

It鈥檚 a wonderful place for people over 50 to stay , like a little retiree community. Everybody is very helpful. The Manager Kevin Moore and his wife are the Best and most helpful people . Ready to take care of any problem . Grounds are beautifully clean , decorated. Besides campsites , there are also little and medium size cabins available., Nice , big recreation hall,. We came the day before New Year鈥檚 Eve , joined the party and met all those wonderful residents. Everybody got dressed up. Great musician and everybody danced the oldest 90 years old. , Most people come every year . Highly recommend. Reasonable priced. It has a small pool , but not heated, and no hot tub. Also available carpentry work for campers and RV wash, car wash. The friendliest community I have ever stayed .

best place ever to plan a retirement lifestyle. this place is managed very professional and the people of the park are family. the comradery is amazing. I have had my place on a long trem basis since April. It is harder and harder to leave my new friends. This is a diamond in the rough. Excellent place to live !!!!!

The moment you drive in it feels like home. Wonderful neighbors and fantastic managers. We wouldn't be happy anywhere else 馃グ

- Check-out time is at 1 PM.
- Check in for incoming mail by 1 PM at the Clubhouse.
Site capacity
- One RV allowed per site with a fee for additional overnight visitors.
Vehicles & parking
- Park vehicles within site boundaries, maximum of two vehicles allowed.
Safety & rules
- Speed limit is 5 MPH throughout the park.
- All buildings are smoke-free.
- Guests are responsible for their children and guests' safety.
- Use designated clotheslines, do not hang clothes visible from RV sites.
- Fireworks are prohibited at all times.
- Use the designated fish-cleaning area and clean it after use.
- Securely bag garbage and collapse boxes before disposal.
Pets
- Pets under 25 lbs are allowed, must be leashed, and kept inside RVs.
Wildlife & food storage
- Feeding wildlife is not allowed.

- No structural additions allowed without management approval; no storage buildings permitted.
Utilities
- Vehicle washing is not allowed, except for RVs using designated well water.

- Fax and copy services are available in the office for a fee.
