Park maintenance was not quite up to its usual good standards. A volunteer dropped off my windshield sticker on day 2 of my stay. There were almost more park hosts than regular campers. What were the hosts doing?

Site #6 is not great for tents as it has limited grass space, it’s better for RV’s or Campers trailers. Super close the bathroom and lake view.

The campsite for the RV was great. And clean with clean power and good water pressure.

Love this site. Never seems crowded. Decent access to the lake. Nice picnic table gazebos.

Beautiful park. Huge campsites with so many oak trees to provide shade. Great lake views

This could be a good campground, but nothing seems to be done around the park. The cedar trees need to be trimmed back, it's like driving your RV through the car wash (brushes/limbs hitting both sides and top). Not sure when the last time the grass seen a mower either. The black top has broken off so bad in places that it's hazardous. Plus I don't understand it, the gate is only manned Friday, Saturday and Sunday and I believe I counted 5 host sites. Side note, many sites are really unlevel... and Georgetown has turned into a suburb of Austin.

No one working at the gate except the weekend. Although plenty of the great campsites were occupied with “volunteers”. When I had an issue with my camper, the volunteer was only concerned with me getting out of my site on time. No offer or concern for my situation - just hurry up and get out.
Campsite #39 was horrible. Trash around campsite. Campsite is impossibly unlevel making it very difficult for a camper of any kind & no room for a tent.

This is nice and convenient to the city. Trails are busy and very well used. Bathrooms are dated and lack upkeep, although water temp and pressure was adequate.
