We had a wonderful family experience at Cedar Breaks Park. We had planned a large family group weekend and we were concerned the park might end up being closed but even though they had lots of tree damage they stayed open and we had a great family vacation!

Beautiful park. Nice hike to Crockett falls. My only complaint was the showers. Some dead bugs, lukewarm water that you have to keep pushing a button after each 30 seconds

Site 49 was ideal for my 28' trailer. My stay was during the ice storm and no branches fell on my site. Park hosts came by to make sure water was disconnected and dripping to prevent freezing. Plenty of activities and shopping close by.

Site 33 has a pretty significant slope for entry, as many on lake-side seem to. The trees are great for shade, but make it challenging to get a trailer over ~25ft aligned. There are chunks out of the asphalt pad, as others noted. Sites across the way had low hanging branches, so I’m glad we weren’t trying to use one of them.
The lake was beautiful, and neighbors kind. I’ll come back, but try my luck at another site.

I love this park. It is always the best. I would add one thing is that if there is an issue while you were at the park, it seems there should be a local phone number to call.

We enjoy hiking, biking, and just walking around the campground. For cyclists, you can ride from your campsite all the way into Georgetown (about 8 miles) on mostly paved paths. Note one section on dirt and a very short part of the ride is on a neighborhood street. It's a good workout and a beautiful ride. Hiking is also easily accessed from the campground. Though we have never done the whole loop (about 26 miles) we've done several sections and enjoyed hiking along the lake. Some of the is rocky so worth being prepared. Lastly, we regularly just walk the two loops around the campground. The park is shady and we always enjoy the lake views. Each campsite has a large, paved, and covered picnic table area, a nice grill, and a fire ring. All of the sites are shaded. The bathroom facilities are dated but clean enough. Development in the area makes daytime noisier than it used to be (sad) but there is still a nice buffer of trees.

Beautiful trails! Very clean park. It feels super secluded but is not too far from town, you are still able to have a signal. With electricity and water right on the campsite, it is so convenient.
