Camp area is beautiful and the next to the lake with the Christmas lights reflecting on the water was so pretty. People are always friendly and the cites are clean. Thank you.

My wife and I absolutely adore this park! This was our first visit since it reopened, and we were thrilled to see the improvements. All sites now feature 50 amp service, which is a fantastic upgrade for RV enthusiasts. The bathhouses have been renovated, adding to the overall appeal of the park.
This park has always impressed us with its cleanliness, beauty, and meticulous maintenance. Whether you choose an interior site or one by the lake, you’ll find a wonderful variety of options to suit your preferences. In our opinion, this is one of the nicest parks near Dallas.
One of the standout features is the generous site sizes, ranging from 75 to 100 feet wide, providing plenty of space for relaxation and activities. Additionally, the park's location is incredibly convenient, with shopping, restaurants, and laundry facilities just a short drive away. For those who value community, there are also numerous churches within a 15-minute drive.
Overall, we highly recommend this park for anyone looking for a great getaway!

Miss Debbie at the gate is the best! We have stayed here several times and she give our dog treats when we enter the park! This time we had a situation and she went above and beyond to help us out. We love staying here!

One of our favorite campgrounds. Close enough to anything you need, but tucked away into the woods making it feel like you’ve completely left the city. Our family loves this place!
