What Guests Are Saying
Mill Creek offers a beautiful, relaxing environment with friendly park hosts and ample space for family activities, making it a great spot for camping. Many guests appreciate the clean facilities and scenic views of the lake, along with enjoyable playgrounds for children. However, there are concerns about the maintenance of the campground, including uneven sites, overgrown grass, and the need for repairs, which detracts from the overall experience for some visitors.

When we arrived it looked as the bathrooms had not been cleaned for some time. The campground attendants or hosts or gate persons just shrouded their shoulders. It was not until we talked with a Park Ranger that they were cleaned which was several days after we arrived. He did take care of the problem quickly. Th bathrooms were acceptable after that. The area is very nice and we like the park.

Stayed durning major tournament on Sam Rayburn. Campgrounds very nice and the attendants were on top off things. I regret not informing them I thought they were doing a great job managing Mill Creek. Place was packed and all things ran smoothly

Wonderful place to stay, with beautiful views right next to the lake. Lake access via boat ramp on site. If it wasn't 1000 miles from me I would visit often.

We held a gathering of campers at this campground. The bathrooms were the worse I've ever experienced. I had to leave and find a clean shower somewhere else. The bathrooms are absolutely filthy and we will never be back. Beautiful campgrounds. Very very bad bathrooms.
