We love to camp at San Augustine Park. The only thing that could be better, is for the bathrooms to have more ventilation to help make it cooler in there. After you take a shower you are still sweaty, because it is so hot in the bathrooms and showers.

This is one of my favorite parks on Sam Rayburn! The rv pads are paved and have great views of the lake. The restrooms and showers are clean and well maintained. It is a quiet park that really makes the camping experience enjoyable!

We camped in front of the beach area and it was wonderful. Very nice area and clear view of beach to watch children swim.

We would recommend visitors to bring a kayak, or paddle board to enjoy the scenery around the park.
