What Guests Are Saying
San Augustine Park is praised for its cleanliness, friendly staff, and beautiful natural surroundings, making it a peaceful getaway for campers. Visitors appreciate the well-maintained facilities, including the restrooms and showers, as well as the scenic views of Sam Rayburn Lake. Some areas for improvement include the need for additional electrical upgrades and more frequent grass maintenance, but overall, guests express a strong desire to return.

Older COE park in need of a little TLC. Sites are paved but a little tight for a big rig and only 30 amp electrical service. Beautiful setting on the lake and friendly host.

We love to camp at San Augustine Park. The only thing that could be better, is for the bathrooms to have more ventilation to help make it cooler in there. After you take a shower you are still sweaty, because it is so hot in the bathrooms and showers.

This is one of my favorite parks on Sam Rayburn! The rv pads are paved and have great views of the lake. The restrooms and showers are clean and well maintained. It is a quiet park that really makes the camping experience enjoyable!
