Buckhorn Creek

We camp there for the Kykx bass tourn every year several other family members.
All the bushes have grown along water line , blocking the lake view , we have bring our own weedeater to get grass down enough to walk through. Numerous sights was unoccupied because of electrical issues I was told! Why wasn’t they fixed before this event ?? And park attendant on sun may 3 was an A$$! Not sure we will be back!

I love the campsites. We usually take our camper but this last time me and my son took our tent. Would recommend

Great back in site with very long driveway and seem private away from neighbors. Water view is amazing and located right near boat ramp. The only real issue was so many cars parked at other sites on weekend. Some sites had 1 RV but 4 cars parked all over the grass. Once weekend was over it really cleared out and was very nice. Did not use bath. Will definitely return it E130 but will stay during week not weekend.

One of the better Army Corp of Engineers parks at Lake O The Pines. Favorite site is 140 because it’s a double site and you are looking right at the lake. Bathrooms are fair, wish the cleaning crew would take more time to wipe down walls, clean the toilets. That would make a huge improvement to the stay.

the showerhead was so close to the wall I couldn’t get under it very well.

Very quiet and great views

Beautiful site with great views. We only stayed one night, but will certainly consider a return trip!

This is a very peaceful and quiet campground. We have stayed here many times and always look forward to our visits. Cardinals and deer are plentiful.

Getting to the campground was a good drive with decent roads. Grounds are well maintained and clean. We were in site 202. The site was easy to access and very level. Hookups were in good working order. The surrounding area was level, which made setting up our canopy convenient. There's a metal picnic table on a concrete pad and a tent pad. This site is lakefront and shaded with large mature trees.
