Everytime I ride my horse at the Equestrian trails at Pat Mayse it is so enjoyable. The equestrian camps is kept so clean as so is the swim beach. Ron and his wife take very good care of the park. The scenery is beautiful and it is so relaxing. I will keep taking my horses to Pat Mayse now that they have the reservation system set up on Recreation.gov, so convenient.

Our camping/trail ride in September was really nice. The Equestrian camp sites were well kept and clean. We really like the fact that Ron and his wife live at the park. They really do a great job of keeping the park and beach safe and clean.

Good campground! Internet reservation system not the best. Limited internet access in remote areas. If someone is at a spot and someone else reserves while your there you must leave site. Should give the option before allowing reservation. Was staying on day by day base due to hurricane evacuation and was unsure when power would be restored. Had to move sites or leave due to someone else reserving site. Ended up leaving instead of moving camp! Campground were clean and staff was friendly!
