well, if you’re into fishing, hiking, kayaking and 15 minutes from town - can’t do any better than sites 5 and 6 at Sanders park. site 6 is kinda awkward to get a camper into - watch out for that blasted tree stump.

Always easy to book our camping spots. Usually good spots available. In fact, I have already booked new spots for Thanksgiving.

We camp at Pat Mayse frequently and enjoy the 17 miles of scenic mountain bike trails they have at Sanders Cove that you can hike or bike. The staff there is courteous and professional. It’s conveniently located close to dining and local markets. Sanders Cove is a great family friendly place to chill and enjoy nature.

Campsite was excellent! Shade, good views, and wind protection. Picnic table, fire pit, and grill were good. Public restrooms were nearby, but no lighting. Sadly, other patrons trashed the restroom s and tossed garbage into the pit, regardless of signs.
