My family had a wonderful time at clear lake Rv park. Management people are very nice. Bathrooms were clean showers were clean just a little bugs spiders and stuff like that but nothing too serious. It would be even better if there was a little more activities like horseshoes volleyball Etc but overall it's a really good place to camp

Experienced a good old Texas blackout. Power restored in timely fashion. Hosts were marvelous.

I really liked the park but with a large rig the 30 amp couldn't keep it cool in the summer. Would visit again when it is cooler or it upgrades to 50 amp. The staff was awesome though!

In the past years I would have never given less than a 5 star review to this park. This time the grass was to my knees, we all were covered with chiggers, even my puppy (it was awful, she was miserable for 10 days). I feel that they have wayyyy too many volunteers living in this park for free. I was there 2 different times for a total of 7 days. I saw 1 volunteer during my time there actual get on the lawnmower and mow for less than 30 mins. One of the camp hosts seemed friendly enough the first time we were there, but the 2nd time they did not speak or wave at all. Very disappointed! I love the park itself so I cannot give it lower than a 3 star. I wish it was open year round. Maybe that could justify the volunteers living there for free, but not for the short 6 months that the park is open.

We loved Clear Lake park, lot of trees and our neighbors were very friendly. We were in space # 6 Lots of shade and a wonderful lake view. Family visited and we had a great area to set up a game of horseshoe. Had a great time.

Nice campground local to the Dallas area. We enjoyed the Memorial Day weekend at Clear Lake campground. Camp hosts were friendly and very helpful. Campground road is worn out but still passable. Sites are spread out and we only needed one block to level the trailer, though had to line it up miss the crumbling pavement for our tongue jack. Interior sites are shaded, Exterior sites are lake-side, though our interior site had good lake views as well, owing to the generously spread out campsites. Full hookups. There's a nice, quiet, mowed trail a bit over 2.5 miles through the campground, boat ramp, and closed area of old day use and boat ramp. We will definitely revisit this local campground.
