Camp host were great and attentive. Nice COE Park that is poorly maintained. Pot holes everywhere including the camping spots. I have camped in many COE campgrounds, and this is by far the worst I have been too.

Cold shower and bathroom area. Water was lukewarm at best. Think we’ll stay at East Fork from now on. The hosts at East Fork are much more personable and friendly also.

Beautiful view of lake. Camp host polite and friendly. Sight had all attachments and fit my 40 foot coach. Couldn’t ask for better place to visit.

Beautiful park with a small feel and outstanding views of Lake Lavon.
Park staff do a good job on keeping the camp nice.
It is clear that the COE are not spending any money on upkeep, roads are in need of repair, several campsites have a trench across the drive that has sunk and is a mud hole after a rain. Some drives are very rutted and are hard to back-in and level. Was in site 13, great site with a great water view. Electric pole had a bad socket and arced across one leg, surge protector caught it but had to move to another site after one day.
COE needs to spend a little money on upkeep and there will be a 5 star review.

This was just our fourth time out in our RV so we are staying local. We really enjoyed our stay at Clear Lake. I love having the roomy spot and the view of lake from lot 7 was wonderful. We enjoyed our fire pit on the chilly evenings.

We love the park. The only issue is the roads need to be fixed or put some gravel down our self leveling jacks will drag because the roads are so uneven I love the park. I’m so glad that your open year round but sometimes it’s like we don’t wanna go back because you’re gonna tear up our rig. like I said, maybe put and gravel down that’s less expensive than new concrete. They just really need to fix that issue.
