I loved Rocky Point and our site at D23. It was perfect, however, I left Sunday morning at 4 am because of the storm but had reservations till Monday. I left my tent and coolers on site and went to church. I received an email that my reservation was canceled for Sunday but I never canceled it. It was done by the person on site because he said he didn’t think I was still there. He told me that he couldn’t fix it and I had to rebook it. I did but still haven’t gotten the refund for the day he canceled. I was very upset because he should not have done that. It was not right at all. If he couldn’t fix his mistake then he shouldn’t be able to cancel my reservation without my knowledge.
