Site capacity

  • Maximum occupancy per site is four residents, with fees based on two adults and two children.
  • Subletting or assigning your site to others is not allowed.

Fees & deposits

  • Rent is due on the 1st, with a $50 late fee applied on the 7th if unpaid.
  • A $50 late fee applies if payment is not received by the 7th of the month.
  • A $25 fee will be charged for returned checks, and future payments must be made via cashier's check or money order.

Cancellation policy

  • Residents must provide a two-week notice before moving out.
  • There are no refunds for early departures.
  • Extending your stay does not guarantee the same site; consult management.

Pets

  • Pets must be leashed and cannot be left unattended outside the RV.
  • Clean up after your pets to avoid fines.
  • Frequent barking may lead to eviction from the park.
  • A maximum of two pets is allowed per site, with a weight limit of 25 lbs unless approved by management.
  • Service dogs are allowed with prior management approval.
  • A Pet/Animal Agreement is required to be on file with management.
  • Pets are not permitted in the clubhouse.

Vehicles & parking

  • Each site allows one vehicle in addition to the RV, with possible overflow parking available.
  • All vehicles must have valid registration, inspection, and license plates.
  • Vehicles must be operational while on site.
  • Vehicles must not extend into traffic areas.
  • Parking is only permitted in designated areas; violations may incur charges or towing.
  • Parking on grass or streets may incur fines or towing.
  • No semi-trucks, trailers, or boats are allowed in the park.

Site types & loops

  • RVs over 10 years old require management approval for acceptance.
  • Fences and structures are not allowed on RV sites.
  • RVs must be 10 years old or newer unless approved by management.
  • Keep outdoor items neat; no clotheslines are allowed.
  • No storage containers are allowed unless stored neatly under the RV.
  • Structures, fences, and outbuildings require prior approval.
  • Window air conditioning units are prohibited.
  • Skirting around RVs is prohibited.
  • Swimming pools and trampolines are prohibited; remove holiday decorations within two weeks after the holiday.
  • Mechanical repairs to vehicles or RVs are prohibited.

Safety & rules

  • The speed limit is 10 mph; watch for children.
  • Quiet hours are 11 PM to 7 AM; noise violations may incur fines.
  • Weapons including firearms and air guns are prohibited in the park.
  • Residents are liable for damages and may face eviction for disturbances.
  • Use proper leveling blocks; cinder blocks are prohibited.
  • Ensure steps are appropriately sized and not homemade.
  • Sites must be kept clean and trash disposed of properly.
  • Dispose of cigarette butts properly.
  • Cords and hoses must be bundled; light-duty extension cords are prohibited.
  • Ladders must be attached to the RV.

Utilities

  • Only flush toilet paper; other items may clog sewer lines.
  • Washing campers or vehicles is prohibited to conserve water.
  • Using pressure regulators for water connections is recommended.
  • Sewer hoses must be connected properly to prevent gas escape, with tanks kept closed except when dumping.
