Speegleville Park is a peaceful campground with spacious, well-maintained sites and beautiful views of the lake, making it a great spot for relaxation and wildlife observation, particularly deer. Guests appreciate the friendly staff and the park's proximity to Waco, as well as the cleanliness of the area. However, there are notable maintenance concerns, particularly regarding restroom facilities, grass upkeep, and road conditions, which detract from the overall experience.

Absolutely loved this park. The rv pads were spacious with some spaces having a shelter. Very easy access to the water and loads of deer walking around which is always enjoyable to see. The staff at check in was very friendly.

Maybe take seven dust so you don't get eat up with chiggers.

We rented campsite 31 with the screened in Shelter, the overall Picnic Area was nice. Picnic table seat was broke, and the screened in shelter could have to use some work . But other than that everything was good.

The grass was knee deep. The showers are useless. Some showers lights dont work. The other shower doors dont lock. The restrooms are in dire need of updating.

Site 01 was very nice. Super close to the water and good shade! This campsite is quiet and the wildlife is fun to watch.
