What Guests Are Saying
East Fork offers a beautiful campground with large, spacious sites and stunning lake views, making it a relaxing destination for visitors. The staff is friendly and accommodating, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. However, some sites require maintenance, including pad repairs and restroom cleanliness, and the lack of full hookups may be a drawback for longer stays. Overall, many guests appreciate the natural setting and plan to return despite minor issues.

We stayed at this park while in town for a family event. The park is very clean, spacious, and quiet. Although it was 80-90% full there was not a lot of noise from the "neighbors" at next door sites. There is a large day-use area but as the weather was chilly it was empty. It could be noisier if that area was in use. However, there is a good space between that area and the camping slots. The spaces had plenty of trees for shade while keeping the overhead clearance for tall vehicles. This is a good park if you are a boater or fishing person. Otherwise, there are no hiking trails or other things to do in the park while there. The staff at the gate were very helpful and friendly. We did see that there were shopping choices very close to the park if you needed to stock up while visiting. We would go to this park again, and just enjoy the view over the lake while sitting in the quiet.

The roads and site pads need to be replaced and they need to trim the trees that overhang the roads. Be sure and lookup when driving the loop.

Sweet camp host. Road to sites has potholes. Some camp sites are not very level. Sometimes the weeds need cutting. Quite Sunday- Thursday. The regular weekend warriors come out Thursday-Saturday and sometimes they play load music ( that I don’t like). There is Not a playground as advertised. Gate closes at 10PM. If you come home after 10 you will have to park outside and walk to your site. The park feels up pretty good in the afternoon then everyone gone in the morning.
