About Pine Valley Recreation Area

Pine Valley Recreation Area is situated in a beautiful valley surrounded by the Pine Valley Mountains. There are several campgrounds with sites for single families, large groups, motorhomes, and horses. At an elevation of 6,900 feet the valley offers a great escape from the heat of the Southern Utah desert. Visitors enjoy fishing at nearby Pine Valley Reservoir and exploring local trails.

Beautiful campground with several trails, stream and reserve. Sites are spread out. We hiked most days. Camp sites were clean and well taken care of. Loved this place

Usually May would be a hopping month in Pine Valley area but cold weather kept people away. I was in Crackfoot 23 and loved the experience. I was alone in the loop. Wildlife, so
litude and camping at it's best. Good Verizon coverage just west of my camp looking down
valley. The hosts were very accommodating and let me use the wagon to haul gear to #23. THANK YOU.
