It’s nice place for a family getaway, they should get some updates in the bathrooms

The spots are nicely spaced apart and it's easy to get to the reservoir. Most sites are shaded and the firepits and picnic tables are in good condition.

Nice sized well maintained campground… with the lake low this fall it was a 1/4 mile walk to the beach

It was clean, the restrooms were stocked and it was exactly what we expected. Even in a drought.

The bathrooms could use cleaning more often. We were there 4 nights. The bathrooms had been cleaned the day we arrived - according to the record on the door. The campground was very busy, and though they kept the bathrooms stocked, they never cleaned them again during our stay.

Host was great.
It's just that the water is low and less attractive than normal, but that's just how it is this summer.

Our camping trip was wonderful. The things that were unpleasant were outside the control of the campground (heat, low water levels, brown grassy areas, boat ramp closed, site neighbors who hung very bright lights in the trees at night and liked to stay up late having a good time).
