The gal with purple hair that met us at the gate was quite rude and condescending. Not a happy welcome that you usually get when arriving at a campground. After shaking off her disdain for life, we enjoyed our camping weekend, but she should get it different job if she hates it enough to snarl at the customers that are just there to have a great weekend.

Unfortunate that you can not use the beach early on your arrival day unless you spend an extra 18$. Would be nice if you could utilize the boat parking when the ramp shuts down. Now you get hit for an extra 12$ to use the dump station. Otherwise it’s a nice campground with extra space between campers.

Low lake water and dry campground due to the drought but overall a good experience.

Location was decent close to busy road and pretty open campsites. The bathrooms were not clean, and we were at lest 100 ft away and smelled sewage. The water and beach was nice. And great to b close to.
We left early in the morning because our kids couldn’t/wouldn’t go into the bathrooms due yo the smell.

I've stayed in yurts at this campground on two separate occasions and it was delightful both times. The staff at the campground are welcoming and friendly. The location is amazing - steps from the beach but sheltered in shady trees. Chilly enough at night for a bonfire and s'mores, and hot enough during the day to have a great time at the lake. I've been here with my kids, and then again with friends and had a great time each time. Highly recommend!

The campground is in a very nice area right on the beach of Pineview Reservoir. It has mature trees for shade and grass in the campground. I only have it three stars because the bathroom facilities are out of date pit toilets. It’s time for an upgrade.
