Loved our campsite #35 Loop B. Flat ground which helps for setting up our tent. Not too close and not too far to the bathrooms. Bathrooms were very clean and flush toilets. Friendly camp host, she visited us to make sure we were OK and went over some stuff, which was very helpful. Morning had shade from the sun, but afternoon very sunny at the campsite.

Very helpful host. Sites are close together especially if someone runs a generator.

Beautiful campground. The weather was perfect but I can see how it can be really hot in the supper months. Most cites have good shading. The river is beautiful but they don’t recommend swimming. All in all very nice place! And educational too!

Large sites, quiet surroundings and clean restrooms. Lack of a dump station or shower facilities brought the rating down to four stars.

This park/campground is off the beaten path and therefore the visitors are pretty motivated to get there and therefore appreciate the beauty and solitude it offers.

This was our 2nd visit to this campground. It appears to get worse with each visit. CG photos mislead you. There is virtually no shade available here because they have severely cut back the trees. So, it's hot as hell and windy. There are some good hiking trails available, but be sure to start early to avoid overheating, and take plenty of water.

Easy access, not crowded, private fcfs site on second day. Late season minimal traffic. Stunning park. Clean restrooms, good water supply, pleasant camp hosts.
Campsite no view of river - ok. I'll share that campsites against rock/hill (furthest from river) looked nice, private, desirable.
