What Guests Are Saying
Diamond Campground offers a beautiful and peaceful setting with clean facilities and friendly camp hosts who are accommodating and helpful. Many visitors enjoy the spaciousness between sites and the proximity to nature, including rivers and wildlife, making it a great spot for families and outdoor activities. However, some guests reported issues with flies, wasps, and aggressive cows, along with misleading descriptions of tent camping areas, which detracted from their overall experience.

Truly our new favorite campground. We had 16 people, 5 tents, multiple hammocks and had plenty of room. We felt secluded enough from the other camp grounds with the trees, the bathrooms smelt pleasant and were very clean, the river was fun to fish and the kids enjoyed tossing rocks in. Over VERY pleased with our experience!
Only negative is that you have to pay for additional vehicles even with the big camp grounds. There isnβt a fathomable way to fit 16 people and camp gear into just two cars

Bike ride up the road was challenging AND beautiful. Definitely stop at Red Ledges. Discovery trail is a hidden gem and not just for kids. Garbage only in B loop, so if you are in A loop, plan a walk into your schedule.

Good campground. Little shade though so Iβd wait until early fall to stay.

This was a great location for a group of young men and leaders. GROUP SITE #2 is a 'walk-in', probable about 150-200 yards. This may be a little bit of a hassle hauling in group gear, but it gets you further off of the road and across the stream. Camp hosts were great!

It was beautiful! So green and pretty. The camp hosts are friendly, helpful and kind. We camped at A15, we were excited from the pictures posted online BUT very deceiving. You're literally in the same camp spot as 14 and its a double spot. So NO PRIVACY at all. We had to put a canopy with tarps around so we weren't staring at our neighbors. The campground is great but the camp spots should have def. been spread out more. Luckily we had great neighbors for the two nights we stayed. Probably won't be back due to spacing. Also spot 17 is basically on the road so do not get that one unless you're a single person.

The campground was very clean, and when we did interact with the hosts, they were really nice. Most campsites are fairly close together, and there isnβt much privacy. Other than that, we had a good time.

This campsite area is beautiful! I can't wait to go hiking here because it looks so peaceful. The campsite was a little small and over grown so we put our 10 person tent on the driveway. We really liked that there is a lot of space between campsites to have privacy but also close enough to have a safe feeling. On the downside the mosquitoes are alive and well, plus huge. I got around 9 bites and had sprayed myself several times and had a citronella candle. My family wasn't bitten at all though, thank goodness. We had fun hanging up a hammock, there were a few trees to do that at this site. Another con was even though the campsite neighboring us was fairly far away they had a LOUD generator for their trailer that wasn't turned off until 9pm and turned back on first thing in the morning. I wish the tent sites and trailer sites had more separation to avoid noise issues. All in all though, we had a wonderful time! We might possibly come back to this site but would pick a different spot for our big tent.

A little off the beaten path, but a wonderful find. Birds, water, amazing hills and foliage making it so easy to unwind.

The only problem I had was they had not emptied the 2 large dumpsters. Our campsite happened to be right next to them #39. It does not show that the site is next to the dumpsters. We were accosted with the Occasional smell. Otherwise the campsite was great.
