In my opinion horseshoe point is the gem of philpott lake.
The RV sites are roomy and wooded. Just what we like. We bring our boat with us and there was room on our campsite for it as well.
Philpott Lake is beautiful.

This is a great campground! It is a bit remote, which is what we like. We have a 20 ft travel trailer and there are a few of the sites that it is a tight fit but there are enough sites to choose if you plan ahead.
