Sites are well shaded. While the campground is fairly large, most are tent sites. Very dark and quiet at night. Bathhouses were clean and convenient. Sites and grounds are well maintained. Spotty cell phone service with Mint Mobile. Out in the middle of nowhere, which was great for us.

Peaceful, relaxing, park attendants are superior, clear facilities, immaculate grounds. My favorite park in VA. The morning lake reflections of the woods are spectacular while dnjoying the coffee and sun rise.
