These sites are very spacious leaving plenty of room for campers and tents. The bathrooms have the showers included which is very convenient. The park attendants are very helpful and extremely nice. Overall the grounds are quiet and campers seem friendly as well. The only thing I would change is the showers as they rarely stay hot and the pressure is somewhat high.

THIS IS A GREAT CAMPGROUND! WE WERE ABLE TO GO ON A PICNIC BY THE BEACH! THE SITES WERE NOT TOO CLOSE TOGETHER AND VERY CONVENIENTLY LOCATED NEAR A MEDIUM SIZED CITY! WE HAD GOOD CELL PHONE COVERAGE. I LIKE THE FACT THAT WE CAN RECYCLE OUR CANS. THE HANDICAP SHOWER WAS VERY NICE, BUT WE NEED MORE FAMILY SHOWERS PLEASE! I AM UNABLE TO SHOWER ALONE, SO WE HAVE TO SNEAK ME IN THE MEN'S SHOWER AREA. SO FAR EVERYONE HAS BEEN GRACIOUS ABOUT IT, BUT A FAMILY SHOWER WILL ALLEVIATE THAT FOR THOSE OF US WITH DISABILITIES

Well kept facility. We stay during the week when it is not very crowded. It's quiet. restrooms and showers are good. Lake is great for boating, swimming and fishing. Staff is helpful. Cell reception for us is not good but we don't mind. Can check calls just outside the gate on a hill. A great getaway to relax.

My son and I camped here last weekend. The vibe a is so good. We had had a quiet, peaceful night. It is truly magical. Thank you to the park attendants and all involved for all you do!! One more thing... we had got the campsite for two nights but had to leave early only staying one night. I didn't even ask for a refund but I had the money refunded back to my debit card before I could get home. You cannot beat the service!! By all means go camping here... Horseshoe point is a heaven on earth!

I absolutely looove it here. Not only is it peaceful, quiet and welcoming the camp sites are spaced nicely apart so that your not ontop of each other. The bath houses are always clean and inviting. Yet my most favorite part is the park attendants on duty were amazing. They not only smile as they do their job they genuinely care about the guest. I felt very safe and had the best time I’ve had in a long time. I highly recommend this park to everyone . The beach is never too crowded and not to mention there are two beaches . As well as your pet is just as welcome as you are . 5 stars all the way.
