Beautiful camp grounds. Deer came up to our campsite each morning for 3 days. Seemed not afraid of my dogs, I think the deer either wanted to play or maybe just teasing my dog. The last morning at our campsite, my Dane. Woofed and I looked up and saw a shiny fat black bear. When my Dane really sounded out the bear ran into the woods edge still within sight and climbed a tree. Super amazing location. Friendly Rangers.

Clean sites, food/trash storage lockers on each site, campfire pit with cooking grate on each site, picnic table on each site. Some have more space for tents. Some have grass for tents and others just gravel areas. Bathrooms are plentiful and a short walk. Easy check in and check out. Only issue is that many drivers do not follow the 10mph speed limit in the campground- there are many hikers, walkers, and children around.

Fantastic campsite! Nicely wooded, which provides some privacy between campsites. Clean bathrooms! Great hiking trails from campsite - no need to drive!

We enjoyed the campground and our site. We saw the milkyway and shooting stars! However the water wasn’t working at most locations and there was no cell service (we just wished we could check the pet cams at home to check on the cats!)
