We brought our grandchildren camping and enjoyed a wonderful time at site 63, which has a beautiful view of the water and plenty of room for our 34’ fifth wheel. Lots to do in the Tri-Cities so we highly recommend coming to Hood Park.

Pretty area, next to the Snake River and nice bridge. Tent sites were lush and green, lots of trees. Fun playground. Bathroom has what you need. Nice, pleasant area.

Would be nice if they did not lock the gate at 10pm. Had to race back to make curfew.
Be prepared for people to cut thru you campsite. No respect for campsite boundries. We even had people bring their breakfast into our campsite and sat down at our table to eat. While we were in the campsite packing up.
Otherwise nice campground.

Hood park is great place to visit, the campsites are very large no matter where you are. The closer to the water, the more severe the mosquitos are, but if planned ahead you can stay on top of them. The showers in the bathrooms have good water pressure and are clean :). Don’t forget that there are no sewer or water hookups. So fill up your water tank before you head out, if you forget…. They do have a drinking water station where you can fill up.

Beautiful place to camp. Only trees in the area. Clean facilities and good drinking water everywhere. I will definitely be back here whenever I'm in the area.
