What Guests Are Saying
The Oklahoma Campground features a beautiful location with spacious sites, respectful campers, and a friendly host. The facilities are well-maintained, including clean restrooms, although the single water pump and limited privacy at the campsites pose challenges. While access to the nearby river is somewhat restricted, the campground remains a peaceful spot even during busy holiday weekends.

Beautiful campground but there is no host on some of the days cause they go to other surrounding campsites. The campground is clean and spacious. Cute little creek close by. The trail that you could take is not maintained and the path has disappeared from growth and lots of fallen trees. Really wanted to hike it but just couldn’t. I’ll return one day to camp since it is a great campground.

This is a quiet, small campground in a grove of large fir trees. Not many trails near by (only one we found within walking distance was marked 'most difficult' and an interesting hike in parts more like a climb).

This is an older campground with spacious site settings. It was very quiet with lots of trees. If you are looking to play in the water, however, you will be disappointed as this tributary of the White Salmon would be more correctly labeled as a creek. The only water source is located at Site #4. The water did not have the rusty appearance one finds at most campsites. The toilet vaults were kept clean and the trash cans were emptied daily.

The water was turned off and there was no email to let us know that we needed to bring our own water. Also was no firewood to purchase.

Beautiful campground! Site 11/12 had direct access to the little White Salmon River and was very spacious. All the camp sites seemed to have a lot of privacy. The campground was nearly empty the weekend we stayed.

The campground itself, extremely clean. Unfortunately the sites are so close together, there is zero privacy. Also, I booked this because it had water available…. No water available on June 9-11. I was pretty bummed when I got there. It was a 2 hour drive. I looked for a campground host my first day, to ask questions (maybe they knew a place I could get water) but never found one, nor did one ever come by. I would not recommend this if you are looking for quiet and privacy.

It was a rainy weekend so we cut our trip short. Campground was nice but the sites were definitely setup for groups to rent 2-3 sites together. The camp map does not do a great job of showing which sites are open to one another and we reserved site 2 which was right in the middle of 1 and 3 - all three sites basically open to one another. Also, the website said potable water was an amenity at the campground and we discovered no water was available. We did like that there were few people there, we could easily get to the small creek and there were some short trails nearby!

Paid for a reservation, got the reminder email a week out, drove 2 hours and it was completely closed. It’s been a week and no response on my refund.
